Hotel bookings will be handled on a 'first come, first served' basis. Should the hotel requested be no longer available, Humanitas MICE will do its utmost best to offer similar accommodation. This may, however, involve a change in price. We therefore recommend early booking to ensure availability.
ALL CANCELLATIONS must be sent in writing to Humanitas MICE.
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATIONS made;
Within March 13th,2015 : the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 50% for administrative charges.
After March 13th, 2015: the total amount will be forfeited and no refund will be possible.
All refunds will be processed after the Confrerence. Please send your exact bank account details in your written cancellation application. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the participant.
